Job Profile:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator to join an established and dynamic Cork based company. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, effectively managing all aspects of administration relating to orders, logistics and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking incoming enquiries from customers in relation to placing new orders, querying existing orders, deliveries and logistics issues, stock’s and returns.
- Dealing with all paperwork associated with orders, working closely with sales team based in Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Order entry administration, including resolution of queries in a timely manner
- To handle all inbound and outbound calls and emails to the department, logging all issues and following up in a time sensitive manner
- Problem solving and finding solutions for customers
- To provide administrative support to the sales team – correspondence, letters, post, emails etc.
- All other adhoc administrative tasks as required, you will get involved in all aspects of customer related administration


Skills & Experience Required:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in an administrative function combined with at least 2 years in a busy customer service role
- Proven supervisory responsibilities, including mentoring and coaching
- The support required in this role is quite broad, you will need to be an effective multi-tasker with proactive approach to getting things done
- Ability to work on own initiative, accurately and to tight deadlines, and to prioritise between conflicting demands
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good inter-personal skills, a strong team player
- Flexible and self motivated, adaptable to change
- Fluency in English is essential
