Technical Support Analyst (Norwegian / Danish)

Responsibilities
-Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations / setup, product functionality and bugs / enhancements.
-Turn lessons learned into technical documents published into an extensive customer learn server.
-Participating in online, company sponsored Discussion Groups
-Serving as primary support liaison between company and user
-Keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved
-Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting
-Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas
-Conveying user feedback to product development staff
-May travel to customer sites on occasions.
-Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service oriented company image among users
Skills Required
-Degree in architecture, architectural science or engineering relevant discipline
-Engineering experience will also be considered.
-Experience with CAD, modeling or rendering software.
-A level of Technical knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
-Fluent English and either Norwegian or Danish required.
