Responsibilities

• In charge of consulting end users to learn productive ways to use Bentley’s key products, especially MicroStation
• Participation in user service and sales support projects.
• Providing high quality product consulting to end-users and Bentley business partners.
• Assisting in coordinating all training events.
• Assisting in managing and tracking user certifications.
• Assisting marketing in promoting the Bentley Institute.
• Providing pre-sales support i.e. performing product demo’s & answering questions from potential users.
• Assisting prospects in resolving highly technical problems.
• Analyzing users' business/functional requirements and software/product objectives; developing a solution that meets the users' needs.
• Assisting project managers and sales reps in preparation of proposals.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum BS degree in Engineering
• Understanding of infrastructure/geospatial engineering practices with strong emphasis on 2D/3D design
• 3 – 5 years previous IT-experience required for this role
• Skills on using MicroStation is a benefit, also knowledge on any other CAD, geospatial or engineering software is useful
• Demonstrated ability to identify user requirements and plan work to satisfy user needs
• Fluency in English and Finnish, Swedish skills is a benefit
